The calculation method of steel plate weight: steel plate weight = plate length × plate width × plate thickness × steel plate density, where the density is 7.85 kg/m3. If the length is 1m, the width is 0.3m, and the thickness is 2.75mm, the weight of the steel plate = 1×0.3×2.75×7.85=6.47625 kg;

The steel plate is a flat steel that is poured with molten steel and pressed after cooling. Plates, enamel plates, plates, etc.; according to the surface coating layer, there are galvanized sheets, tinned sheets, lead-plated sheets, plastic composite steel sheets, etc.

Because the steel plate is smooth and beautiful, the surface quality is good, and the dimensional accuracy is high, its mechanical properties and process performance are better than hot-rolled thin steel plates, and it is widely used. It has largely replaced hot-rolled thin steel sheets for light industry, machinery, electrical engineering, electronics, and civil use. Before leaving the factory, both sides of the steel plate (belt) are coated with neutral grease to prevent rust.

Wear-resistant steel plate refers to a special plate product used under large-area wear conditions. Commonly used wear-resistant steel plates are plate products made of ordinary low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel with good toughness and plasticity by surfacing welding with a certain thickness of alloy wear-resistant layer with high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
