1. Wide application of medium and thick plates:

Flame cutting: This method has low cost and is an effective means to cut thick metal plates. However, it requires high technical requirements for operators, so attention should be paid to the thermal deformation of metal.

Laser cutting: stainless steel below 4mm can be cut. If oxygen is added to the laser beam, the thickness can be increased to 20mm. It's just that the equipment is expensive.

WEDM: short for WEDM, it is directly cut on steel plate with electric spark.

Plate shearing machine: It is a process of cutting with upper blade and fixed lower blade in forging machinery.

Plasma cutting machine: use high temperature to melt part or part of the metal at the notch, and then remove it through high-speed plasma to form the notch.

Ultra high pressure water cutting: ordinary water is pressurized and sprayed through a very thin nozzle to create jet cutting at a very high speed. This method is also called ultra-high pressure water cutting.
